Welcome

After I retired from a 40-year career as a marriage, child, and family therapist, I packed up the dog and cat and moved from Northern California to an olive farm in Italy. Now, I'm using what I've learned from working with thousands of people from 3 to 85 years of age to write interesting and informative content, provide helpful links, and promote affiliate products and classes I've selected for you all.

My essays and blog posts will address self-esteem, self-concept, and numerous related topics tailored to specific demographics (teenagers, men, women, parents, etc.) I will also explore human nature, behavior patterns, critical thinking development, and pathways to personal autonomy. And I'll add other explore other interesting topics.
